Exchange Policy

Safar will gladly assist you in exchanging unused Merchandise reported within 14 days of receiving of products.

We will only exchange product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.

All items must be returned new, unused and with all Safar and garment hang tags still attached.

No Exchange on products sold on Promotions/Discounts

All Exchange/Claims will be subject to the approval of management.

No cash refunds.

Safar will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear, socks, innerwear), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, etc.)

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

In case of an exchange the customer will bear the re-shipping cost.

Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice/order number. Exchanges without an invoice will be denied.

Customers need to return the item to our provided address, please note the courier cost of returning the item and re shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
