Exchange Policy

  • Safar will gladly assist you in exchanging unused Merchandise reported within 14 days of receiving of products.

  • We will only exchange product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.

  • All items must be returned new, unused and with all Safar and garment hang tags still attached.

  • No Exchange on products sold on Promotions/Discounts

  • All Exchange/Claims will be subject to the approval of management.

  • No cash refunds.

  • Safar will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear, socks, innerwear), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, etc.)

  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

  • In case of an exchange the customer will bear the re-shipping cost.

  • Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice/order number. Exchanges without an invoice will be denied.

  • Customers need to return the item to our provided address, please note the courier cost of returning the item and re shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • No Exchange/Return on clearance products.
