Do I need to have an account to shop with you? 

Order can be placed without making an account. But, if you set up an account, then you do not have to enter your details every time you shop with us.


How will I retrieve my password if I forget it?

You can click on ‘Forgot Password’ available at the sign-in page. Enter your email address and click on ‘Submit’. An email will be sent to you to recover your password.


What is the process of ordering products?

Once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, follow the steps below:

  • Click ‘Checkout’

  • Fill in the ‘Billing Information’

  • In the Payment Information form, select your choice of payment and Click on “Complete Order”

  • Your Order Number will be provided to you at the “Thank You” page and an email will be sent to you.

  • Your package tracking details will be emailed and it delivered via PostEx courier.

  • You’ll be asked for the required amount in cash at the time of the delivery in case of COD.

 

What payment method can I use?

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Online payment


When will my order arrive?

Usual delivery takes 3-5 working days.


What shipping methods are available?

We use PostEx/M&P for shipping in Pakistan.


Is there free shipping?

We offer nationwide delivery at a flat rate of 100 PKR for every order. You can avail FREE SHIPPING on all orders over 4,500 PKR.


What is the exchange or refund policy?
